This Privacy Policy explains how CEMax AI handles information in connection with the CEMax Mobile X application and related services.

CEMax AI does not intentionally collect or sell personal information through the CEMax Mobile X application. The application is designed for use by authorized employees and users of organizations using CEMax services.
The application may use Firebase services to support push notifications. In connection with this functionality, a device or Firebase messaging token may be processed so that notifications can be delivered to the appropriate device. This technical identifier is used for notification delivery and is not sold for advertising purposes.
2. How Information Is Used
Information and technical identifiers processed by the application are used only to operate, secure and support the CEMax services, including authentication, application functionality and push notification delivery.
3. Push Notifications
CEMax Mobile X may request permission to send push notifications. Push notifications are used to provide operational messages and other notifications related to the service.
You can manage notification permissions through the settings of your device.
4. Firebase
CEMax Mobile X uses Firebase services provided by Google to support application functionality, including push notifications. Firebase may process technical information required to provide these services.
5. Data Sharing
CEMax AI does not sell personal information. Information is not shared with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes. Service providers such as Google Firebase may process technical data on CEMax AI's behalf when required to provide the application's functionality.
6. Data Retention and Account Management
CEMax Mobile X does not provide end users with an in-app account deletion function. Where an account or access needs to be removed, this is handled by an authorized system administrator through the CEMax administration interface.
7. Security
CEMax AI takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through its services. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
